Each and every time I go to Normandy Optical it's a very pleasant, professional experience. Love the staff, but more importantly I love the wellness care Dr. John C.takes with his patients. His knowledge, his patience, his professionalism and his congeniality with his patients. It's kinda lost today in business. So I really appreciate him and the staff personnel. I would also like to mention that they have a great selection of brand names and high end designers frames. Normandy is top of my list for eye care wellness.

Absolutely Amazing!! if I could rate this place 100 stars I would!! The team is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and will definitively take care of you! I came in at closing time and they still were able to accommodate me. I cannot stress this enough, DR. LONG is literally AMAZING! I previously had an en exam at lens crafters and I was completely misdiagnosed and spent over $400 on a pair of eye glasses that were not even my prescription! Dr. longs professionalism, knowledge and dedication to her patients is truly unmatched! Greg and Lindsay were also amazing! Greg assisted me in picking the perfect frames and Lindsay reassured me that they looked great on me! Upon picking my glasses up, I was truly stunned and extremely excited to be able to see clearly! Thank you to the Normandy Family, I will definitively be back!!

Went for my eye doctor checkup to see if I needed a new prescription but mostly needing a new pair of eye glasses. Made my appointment online and arrived when asked to. Met promptly and headed straight for the exam room. After a thorough exam with the pleasant doctors and aides I selected the exact pair that I wanted and they handled everything with my Insurance Company. I paid for what I owed and now I wait for maybe a couple of weeks before picking up my new glasses.
