Shorepointe Optical

I've been going to Shorepointe for years and have had outstanding service every time I visit. The staff is always highly professional, the selection of frames is great, and they have always made sure that I'm 100% satisfied with my glasses. If I needed an adjustment -- no problem. They just handle it. I couldn't recommend them more.

Really great selection of frames ! The techs were friendly and patient while I tried the many options and gave me great tips and expert fit. I feel thst the eyeglasses they offer are very good quality. They accept my vision plan.

I've bought numerous pairs of glasses here. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently broke my frames and was able to have my lenses transferred to a new frame for $40. I feel they go above and beyond to help you choose the correct frame.

I have been wearing eye wear for over three decades, that said, I've never had such an awful experience getting new glasses as I did here. They kept changing prescription and features and in the end wanted me to pay over $900 for a $300 pair of glasses! They refused to refund me the difference, so I left the glasses there and contacted my credit card company to file a charge back. As an aside, I went to Costco, of all places, was in and out in under 20 minutes, and got two pairs of very nice glasses with the same exact features as the single pair from Shorepointe Optical, for less than $300! It's sad when a box store offers better service than a local business, which I always do my best to support.

Move to Saint Clair Shores from Boulder, CO. A friend recommended Shorepointe to me when I need an eye exam. The entire staff was very nice. Linda was extremely helpful after the exam while I was picking out new glasses and I have had many compliments on them. I highly recommend.

Needed glasses cause my eyes were going crazy on me. Shorepointe Dr. Bernthal had me seeing the sights again in really short order. The people he works with are excellent too.
