All Eyes Optometry

This is my first time at All Eyes Optometry and I will definitely go back. They're conveniently located on Red Arrow Highway right across from Avis car rental in Stevensville. The building and all the facilities are very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and Dr. Campbell took great care in talking to me about my optometry issues.

Customer service was awesome, from checking in to purchase very hands-on helpful picking out glasses all while having delightful personalities. I highly recommend everyone to make this place your home for glasses.

Professional, knowledgeable staff that makes an appointment run smoothly and in time. Dr. Cashen is very interested in my questions and explains his answers in a way I can understand. Very nice new facility.

Staff at All Eyes are all, without exception, so friendly and helpful. They treat you like a valued friend rather than just a customer. They're up front and transparent about costs and options, and will work with you to make sure you get excellent care and the perfect pair.

I was a patient here for 20 or so years. My doctor retired unfortunately. The new doctors are nice but the office manager, NOT AT ALL. So much so, that my family and I finally went elsewhere. They do not offer you your prescription at checkout (which is against the law) and they outright refuse to give you your Pupillary Distance (PD) number so that you can order your own glasses. I went round and round with them and they made up every excuse in the book as why they "couldn't". Hmmm... my new eye doctor gave it to me and was shocked when I told them All Eyes wouldn't. Same thing at Costco. I have some unique challenges due to an eye injury so I asked All Eyes to send all of my records to the new doctor. I was shocked when they were nice about it, but I wasn't talking to the Manager. The new office said they didn't get what they needed though - details about my glasses prescription - and so they called All Eyes to get it. The manager was nasty and hung up on them TWICE, and then told her "we don't keep records of that information". I find it hard to believe. Hence the review. If you want a pleasant experience, I recommend going to Niles Vision Clinic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Doctor explained what she was looking for and the results, too. Very pleasant picking out frames-- a Lot to choose from.

I had a concern with one of my eyes recently and stopped by the office and Dr. Cashen saw me right away. The service I've received here has always been excellent and very thorough!

I needed a new vision clinic and a friend recommended All Eyes. I was very impressed from check in to check out. Highly recommend.
