Everything went very well! Everyone was very nice. Amanda that I worked with was very helpful in giving me glasses suggestions, and getting me the best deal. Dr. Totten, and Jess who did my eye exam, was very knowledgeable. I found the perfect glasses! They are pink too! Can't wait until they come in!

The experience with this staff was exceptional. Cheryl was able to get me in for a same day appointment and had amazing customer service both in person and on the phone. Amanda had welcoming energy and displayed great customer service by taking the time to engage in conversation which was a great way to pass time. David volunteered his time to assist me with finding the perfect frame even though he wasn't assisting me initially. Finally, Jessica's customer service and willingness to address any of my concerns and answer questions was very important. If you're hesitant on coming to this location, there's no reason to. I definitely recommend.

Cheryl is an amazing worker. She took care of me and multiple people at once. I'm currently serving in the military and only have so much time home. She took care of multiple people at once. She was very patient, kind, and very quick. She fixed my glasses that quite honestly were in shambles. For someone who used to work in customer service and seeing her handle customers was pretty great. I hope she gets recognized. Have a great holidays.
