If we could give zero stars we would! Taylor office is ran much different than the Livonia office. Assistants, nor doctors could read the room and adjust their aggressive approach with MIL who clearly suffers from dementia (even after it was noted). The office building and space was disgusting. They advised my MIL she needed dual cataract surgery and visibly frightened her. Didn't address her dry eye concerns either. We took her for 2nd opinion at a Henry Ford eye clinic and no surgery needed at all, and addressed all her other concerns. If you have to go to Aggarwal go to the Livonia location.

Very efficient and friendly. You usually don't have to wait long for your eye appointment. I've been going there for 4 years end of never had a problem with anything

I tried making an appointment, was abruptly sent to billing department. A man answered, told me I had to pay 40 dollars over the phone before I COULD EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I informed him that I would pay AT MY APPOINTMENT. It is a shame that I was treated this way over forty dollars. I was laughed at and ridulced. This physician did not care about my previous swollen optic nerve, treated like a hangnail. The office is dirty. Oh and insurance guy....he doesn't work for free, you billed Medicare and received payment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

If I could put zero stars I most definitely would. I was sent here from the hospital and the lady at the front desk was so rude and careless. Told me I had to pay $200 just to be seen even though the hospital sent me here they can't bill me. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Dr himanshu saved my life best surgeon i ever had ms Gina and ms leann are warm and great customer service i cannot believe how good my eyes are now. Thank u from my heart I highly recommend this place

Had my 1st cataract surgery on 5/7/25 and can not say anything bad. Dr. Aggarwal was beyond amazing. I am so happy that I chose to outsource her in my search for repairing my vision. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

One visit and never again. In 2014 multiple sclerosis caused optic neuritis permanent damage to my left. No treatment no glasses helps to see clearly. 11 years blurry vision in my left eye. Now july 2025 bells palsy affects my right side of my face nerves and causes my right eye to be blurry on and off throughout the day for weeks now. Aggarwal in Ophthalmology says I can drive and work when my right eye can't see clear all day. Where's the ethical standards and responsibility as a professional protocol to adhere to patients overall care and well being.

No one answers the phone, when I walk into the office manager is yapping on the phone doesn't care to engage with anyone that walks in No one is out on the floor to help anyone its a joke. Then they tell me I have reschedule an have appointment when they could help me now but choose not too. Nobody is in there your open till 5pm like why do I have to come back. Needs to be under new management seriously. They dont do nothing up in that office.
