Eye Care One is the only optometrist office I've been to, and I've always been satisfied with their service. Dr. Maus is very nice and comfortable to be around and always answers questions thoroughly. I've also had no issues with the girls at the front desk, they're all very kind, helped me learn to put in contacts, and answered all my questions with ease! They also don't pressure you into buying new frames or contacts or anything, office is clean, no complaints!

We've been going here for care for years and ever since Holly and Dr. Compton left the office has not been the same. They gatekeep your prescription and force you to buy glasses from them even if you don't have money for it and rake you over the coals with upcharges. The new dr will share your health information at the front desk regardless of whos around violating HIPPA. She shared my mother's information with the desk clerk and there were other patients and workers from switch around who all heard her business. The medical board will be hearing about it. Hope it was worth being condescending. As a medical provider you're suppose to be unbiased and help your patients regardless of their situation not instill fear. Were taking our business elsewhere from now on thanks.

Dont waste your time or money. After the Dr Compton left and Holly it is horrible. The doctor refuses to understamd special needs of patients. While getting $500 glasses every year for ten years, dont expect even a 20% off while waiting for insurance. Horrible customer service and left me emotional stressed without glasses. Thanks for nothing!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!

You never feel rushed during exam & all concerns are addressed, Dr. explains it so you understand. They have an excellent choice of frames.
