I had an amazing experience with Dr. Haddad and his entire staff for my SMILE LASIK procedure. From the very first consultation, they were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. On the day of my procedure, Andrew was incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process. He made me feel reassured that I was receiving the best possible care.
My case was somewhat complicated, as I have a large, deep scar in my left eye. Dr. Haddad took extra time to explain all of my options and develop the best treatment plan for my specific situation. Because there was some uncertainty about whether SMILE would be successful due to my scarring, we decided that PRK would serve as a backup plan.
I entered the operating room feeling confident and comfortable, knowing that both procedures could be performed if necessary. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the staff was supportive and reassuring throughout the entire process. Despite my scarring, Dr. Haddad was able to successfully perform SMILE on both eyes. My vision improvement was almost immediate.
I highly recommend Dr. Haddad and his team to anyone considering vision correction surgery.
