I LOVE THIS PLACE! We made our appointments right away and our glasses came in within a week! That was fast! They discussed all our options clearly and thoroughly. The selection they had available was plentiful. Very nice and professional. They gave us glass cleaner and cloths and even gave us extra cloths when I asked for them. We even had really cool cases that came with our glasses too! The employees there are fun and friendly!

My experience with Dr. Bringard and Craig was wonderful. Dr. Bringard was very thorough when explaining the testing he was doing; my eye exam went very well. Craig worked with me to find the right glasses, and there were so many choices. He really took the time to help me decide which pair worked best for me. He was so very helpful, friendly, and all around AWESOME - big kudos to him!

I just visited for the first time last week to check out the array of frames and see if I could find a pair that fit me just right. Of course I found several pairs that I LOVED, but vowed to go order only one. Craig was very helpful as I made my decision asking me questions like "Do you really like those colors for everyday? Or is it because they match what you're wearing today?" That sounds like such a silly question, but he was helping me think outside of the moment and it inevitably helped me decide! On top of which, he was also very knowledgeable when we talked about what kind of lenses would be best for me. I was there for probably an hour and a half (seriously: huge selection of great frames) and in that time, several other customers walked in. Both Craig and Addison were very kind and attentive to everyone that came in. Once I decided on my frames, Craig made the rest of the process a breeze! Can't wait for my new specs! And I'll probably be heading back for that other adorable pair sometime in the near future. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was great here. Dr. Bringard was so nice and patient with me. I was helped by Craig in the end and he was so nice and kept a conversation going the whole time! He tried to make sure that I got the best deal when ordering my contacts. I even got some free sunglasses! Definitely would recommend this place for your eye needs.

Craig was extremely patient and helpful with us today. He helped us get the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter. He helped us get the best price. Craig is friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks for all your help!!!

Moved here 6 years ago with 4 active rxs in the house. I loved going there.. Dr.B, James and Alexis have been incredible. Not sure if it was a bad day but nothing was addressed. Unfortunately we're switching locations because there's no reason to be left on hold, hung up on and ignored. Good luck

James and Craig were outstanding--very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They assisted me in selecting my glasses, placing the order, and ensuring the fit was perfect when I picked them up. I truly appreciated their excellent service! However, my experience with the young woman at the front desk (long black hair, no name tag) was less positive. She didn't adjust any of the new pairs of glasses. When I mentioned that my glasses appeared crooked, she told me that my eyebrows were crooked and that was why the glasses sat that way--implying there was nothing she could do. After she left, I spoke with James, who immediately recognized that the glasses did, in fact, need adjustment and promptly fixed them. I would recommend providing the young woman with additional training on adjusting new glasses and on maintaining a more professional approach when communicating with customers.

Had a great experience at this location specifically! The Dr was great, very sympathetic and offered solutions to my concerns. All the staff I interacted was friendly and very helpful! Craig was kind and very helpful in explaining products to me. I will be scheduling appointments at this office going forward!
