The Dr and staff who assisted me with exam were good. However the lady (she sat in first desk behind the sign in computer) who assisted me with purchasing glasses was so rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. I left store without. Purchasing glasses I wanted. The glasses total $1,500 plus.

The staff in the Rockford office was great-Brenda was friendly, helpful, welcoming. I was not an established patient, having recently moved to Michigan and had not found an eye doctor yet. I had an emergency situation occur and found this practice on my insurance list. They were able to see me the same afternoon! I was very impressed with Dr. DeClarke and Terri. They explained everything throughout the exam, and answered all my questions. I already have an appointment scheduled for follow-up and further testing. I would gladly recommend this great practice!
