Dr is good but, if you have a problem with billing you won't get any help. It has taken almost a year to get this resolved, just because the office put in the wrong info. You will end up talking to people in Africa (thats what 1 person told me) but they will tell you that they're in Chicago. Im still waiting for a refund for over 500.00
