Theoni was THE BEST!! One of the best opticians i've worked with ever. She sat with me for probably a good hour and a half to work with payment programs for me and my glasses. She was super empathetic, caring., PATIENT, and courteous to me all while helping everyone else out in the store. She's the reason I come to the Warren store, and i hope she gets recognized for her amazing service to her customers! Genuinely the best optician!

I had an eye exam appointment at 12:00 and the reminder that was sent to me said to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time. Which I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time and the girl says to me the doctor is running behind over an hour have a seat. Like my time doesn't mean anything. So I ended up canceling the appointment and making an appointment with Pearl vision. I will never go back to SVS Vision again.

Had a great experience going to get glasses for the first time. Thorian was super patient as she assisted me through trying on 47211 different frames. Although she asked for the diva treatment when I walked in and was I think I want these and she was like well let's take a look. It really opened up the doors for me to berate her with questions about ever detail of each brand , style, materials and lens treatments. She was super knowledgeable as was the rest of the team.
