Dr. Tatjana is absolutely amazing. She was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely cared about making sure all my questions were answered. The entire office staff was friendly, welcoming, and organized. The office itself was clean and ran efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Tatijana and her team to anyone looking for top-quality eye care!

Wonderful communication before, during and after appointment. Friendly staff that provided thorough care. The open late hours accommodated scheduling around work. Would trust any and all eye care needs with doctors here and highly recommend them to anyone needing care.

Dr. Desiree Ratzenberger was extremely thorough in her eye exam. She patiently tested my vision, explained what she was doing at each step of the way, provided samples of eye drops to help with dry eyes (for use with and without contacts) and I felt assured that she would do her best to help me with presbyopia. Dr. Tatjana Ratzenberger was equally thorough during my dilation exam and she explained the results clearly, as well as actions I can take to ensure the health of my eyes. The team at Expert Eyes, namely, Tracy, Penny and Colleen, were so helpful in scheduling, vision pre-checks and eyeglasses, respectively. There is a wide selection of frames and Colleen was super helpful in picking the frames that suited my face and style. Each person in this office took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would happily recommend Expert Eyes to my friends and family.

Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and inviting- regardless of how busy they were I felt like I was the only patient/customer. From my first interaction, through the eye exam and purchase of new glasses each person took the time to answer questions, provide me information and allowed me to make decisions at my pace. Just had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Ratzenberger. I have been around Physicians for years as a Practice Mgr. and CPC and have never come across a more empathetic and compassionate provider.
