If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Breza is absolutely amazing. The staff are the most arrogant, IGNORANT, most incompetent people I've ever met. It's been 3 MONTHS since they messed up my glasses prescription and I had to wait a whole month to REscan my eyes and get the correct lense. ONTOP of that the lady at the glasses department was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I was INCREDIBLY patient during this whole time then she told me they were obligated to fix my glasses WHICH I COULDNT SEE OUT OF with NO other way to see about my day and I have -9.00 lenses. THEN proceeds to tell me during this process- the staff- MULTIPLE times...,"I mean yeah you have really bad eyes..... your glasses are going to be sooo thick..." like thank you for being so rude. The rudest nastiest staff. My first time here, and I will never be back again after this issue is resolved so I can actually have a pair of glasses to see out of. DO NOT COME HERE.

Family Eye Care has been a great place to go for all of my eye care needs. Dr. Kalkofen does a fantastic job answering all of my questions and explaining everything thoroughly. Nicole does a great job at finding the perfect glasses when I need new ones and fitting and adjusting them when they come in. My issue is with the quality control with the products that they put out. It never fails that when I order new glasses, I can guarantee you that they will be damaged in some way and end up having to re-order them. This has happened with every pair of glasses I have gotten from Family Eye Care. The staff needs to examine every pair of new glasses that comes in so that I don't waste my time coming in if they need to be re-ordered.

The staff and doctors at Family Eye Care Associates in Washington, MI were excellent!! I have not been to an eye doctor in a while, but the process from start to finish was smooth. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I recommend this place!!

I was able to get in right away. I was blown away by the staff very professional left feeling well informed also very quickly providing outstanding stste of the art services. If you want the best your going to book an appointment here.

We have been coming here for almost 20 years and we always receive excellent care! Everyone is kind and helpful, and we especially like Dr. Kalkofen!

Complete different experience than the other eyes doctors I've been to (in a good way)! The paperwork and appointment went fast, and they did so many more tests than any other eye doctor I've been to. They tested for color blindness, and they have a retinal scanner that's only $30, which I've never had. They also have this pair of glasses where they can switch the lenses out to have you experience walking and seeing with different magnifications. That helped a TON with me feeling like I wasn't going to waste a bunch of money on glasses only for them to hurt my eyes and have to re-order them. The doctor was also hilarious. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Kolkofen is the best, super nice. He is very knowledgeable and really cares. We have been going to hin for well over 10 years. He is super patient with the little ones. I highly recommend him. I do wish there were a bigger selection of glasses to choose from. However, the Washington office is small.

I recently moved to the area and called as a potential new patient to schedule an eye appointment for myself and for future appointments for my family. The receptionist Jana was incredibly unpleasant and rude during our short conversation. If she is representative of others at this facility then I am absolutely not interested in ever becoming a patient here. If this establishment records their calls, it would behoove them to listen to how their frontline employee speaks to its callers.
