Dr. Ratzenberger is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Her diagnostic abilities have saved me from future eyesight issues. I have referred her to friends and family, and they all love her too.

Dr. Ratzenberger is so down to warth and very informative. I'd been dealing with an ongoing eye issue causing eye pain for nearly 10 years and had no idea there was a simple procedure available to resolve this issue! Not only did she forward me a journal article directly to my cell phone to educate myself more on it, but she also engaged my 4 year old who was with me during my appointment. I went to the Fashion Eyeglass location in Royal Oak. The staff was extremely helpful and very efficient! It was worth the 45 minute drive to see her!

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Ratzenberger! My entire family (6 of us) had been going to another area optometrist for the 26 years we have lived in Washington. My contacts were bothering me and I had just started a trial pair when the shelter in place order began. I wore that pair for several weeks with no replacement and finally started to call my doctor to see if I could at least get another trial pair. After leaving 4 messages, I googled optometrists in the area and took a chance calling Dr.Ratzenberger. Not only did she ANSWER the phone, she made time for me that day, did a full contact lens exam and got me trials to wear to determine the best fit. Since then she has called me a number of times, provided more trials and finally ordered the best fitting and vision contacts I have experienced in years. Her office is professional and clean. Everyone there has been extremely accommodating. Dr. Ratzenberger is my new optometrist.
