I had an original appointment for 3PM and called the morning of to switch my appointment to 2:15PM because something came up for work. The appointment was confirmed and I arrived on time. I waited 45 minutes before saying something to the front desk ladies. She went in the back to see what was taking so long and explained that they thought my appointment was at 3. I explained how my appointment was changed to 2:15. She relayed that information to the staff and after an hour of waiting I was called back. Definitely need to be more organized and it's not cool to wait an hour after switching my appointment to an earlier time just to get called back an hour later.
