Great place to repair eyeglasses. I have half rims and the lenses have popped out due to bending the frames and/or breaking the fishingbwire that holds the lense inplace. The ladies who work here are freindly, effiecient and did not charge me any of the 3 times they fixed my glasses.

Christel the young lady at the vision center helped my wife with her new glasses today as we went in to pick them up. She made sure everything was perfect before we left. Thats why she gets a 5 rating. She kind, friendly and made this experience a very good one look forward to seeing her when its time for my next pair

I called at Friday at 4:45pm to check on my status Chrystal said she did not have time and she'll call me on Monday morning. I mentioned you have 15 mins I need to know why I have not received my contacts. She said I may call you back or Monday.
Called this morning because knowone called me, and Jessica said for some reason it didn't go through so contacts were never ordered, from 2 weeks ago.
She said I will put the order now.
I called 15 mins later and yet she had not yet put the order in.
It's disappointing to know that customer service sounds helpful but work/ order don't get done.
I'd suggest to anyone that is waiting on glasses or contacts double check on your order before leaving the store if not you be waiting a long time.

The WORSE customer service ever. CHRISTEL was so rude she looked like she hated her life. My experience there was terrible. I asked what her name was she did not want to tell me. I asked her multiple times than she told me "CHRISTEL" in a very aggressive, rude voice. This lady should not be working in customer service if she does not know how to speak to people. I would never ever go there again and I don't recommend anyone to also go there. MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB SINCE SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE MISERABLE WORKING THERE

The front desk had nasty customer service. Don't come here If your looking to be helped because they do NOT care to help anyone without a really bad ATTITUDE. There was 2 woman that spoke on the phone and in person that both just had poor attitudes. I wish I had gotten both names but only one told me the name which was Marie. If you want a good familly friendly place that likes to help customers DO NOT GO THERE.

This place is great! The staff are so courteous and helpful. The dr was one of the best that I've had and answered all of my questions. Lots of frames to choose from and some of the best prices around. I'm glad I went there. Keep up the good work!

Omg where to start. The customer service up here is horrible. None of these employees were happy sounding to be there and didn't care to take your buisness. They were completely happy to give you a attitude from the jump. The people I'm referring too are the older ladies that spoke on the phone one of there names was Marie I think and then there was one other that was just horrible customer service.
