I made an appointment with them for Friday. I come at the appointment time and the door is locked. Hours on the door say it's open, but nobody answers the door when I knock. I call and the voicemail says their hours are only Tuesday-Thursday? So why did they make an appointment with me for Friday????

Dr Vivian used warmth and humor to help my 7 year old daughter get over her jitters during her eye exam. Marissa is super organized and responsive. My daughter was having big feelings about having to choose new frames (she was in very attached to the old ones!) and Marissa was so patient and kind with her. I can't recommend them enough!

Accurate business hours would be appreciated. They're business hours say they're open on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10-6pm. Im here on a Tuesday at 1:30pm and they're closed. The sign on their door also says they're open but they're not. Can't get through on the phone and their voicemail is full. I took time off and drove 30 mins out my way for no reason.
