I have been going to this Pearl Vision Center for many years. The staff is always energetic and friendly. The facility is very well maintained from the parking lot to the exam rooms and show room. Very clean and well lit. The service is excellent, the examinations are very thorough, and every portion of the exam is clearly explained. It is a very comforting and safe environment. The prescriptions for my glasses have always been spot on for my corrective vision needs and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.

BE WARNED THERE IS NO OPTOMETRIST at this location, you do everything virtually. The staff was kind and attentive but there was no mention that you would not see a doctor in person. Everything was done virtually on a tablet. I wished they would have indicated this when booking as I would have gone elsewhere. The eye exam equipment broke down several times and they had to test my eyes twice. The office is somewhat run down and the eyeglass selection was sparse and very expensive. I do not recommend this location if you want an in person experience with an eye doctor.

I wasn't aware that this place didn't have the right doctor for me because I have diabetes and the receptionist claimed that they called me to tell me about not coming in if I had diabetes and other medical problems (she stated) but I checked my msges to see if they really left me a voice mail about that and NO they didn't, I didn't receive any msg like that, the msg I received was just a appointment reminder. This is a horrrible experience as Ive taken time off work to come to my appointment just for it to be cancelled because they didnt have the right eye doctor for me.
