Each staff member at the optical store was so kind and helpful. I had to return to the store due to a mistake from my eye dr (different clinic), and they replaced my glasses free of charge. They were responsive and quick in resolving my issue -- and always so kind. Will definitely return for future needs!

First of all we were told new glasses will be in in couple weeks and or will get a call when in.. few weeks later i called to see if they were in and they were (how long?). Came into get and got a whole different color frame.. I have called 4 or more times and was told i will get a call back when the right color frames come in. Still waiting on the first call of what happened? People who answer the phone say they will find out whats going on and call you back? Om when? That day? Nope? That following day? Omm nope? The following Monday? Ommm its 10 am nope! They don't call you back. Its been 2 months! I understand staff maybe short and its covid! A different world right now that is why I have been so patient. However still waiting! Whats the hold up??
