UPDATE; These people even get angry when you call again which you have to because they refuse to call you back. Automated systems are better than these awfully cold people. This place"s favorite thing to do is say "let me check on that and ill call you back immediately" just to never call. Go to brevier instead. They actually follow through and will call you back when they promise they will.

My exam went fine but when it came time to order new glasses, somehow, they were trying to charge me an extra $175 for a certain kind of lens when I know I have never been charged this in the past. Finally, after at least 30 minutes I asked them to print out my prescription and I left. the next day I went to a different clinic and was not charged one extra penny.
