I've genuinely dreaded eye doctor visits my entire life. They always felt uncomfortable, rushed, and sometimes even painful. Long wait times, endless lens switching, and leaving unsure if things were actually better. That completely changed with Dr. Dr. Katie Hansen (Schneider) at Wink Family Eye Care. What stands out most is her patience. I'm very particular about my eye care and probably not the easiest patient, but she never makes me feel rushed or difficult. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and keeps refining the fit until it's exactly right. The difference is obvious. The right technology, a highly trained and welcoming staff, and her own expertise make the entire experience smooth and surprisingly comfortable. For the first time, I actually trust the process. No matter how many adjustments it takes, she approaches it with calm confidence and a genuine smile. It's clear she cares about outcomes, not just appointments. That level of attention is rare. Her staff reflects that same positive energy, which says a lot about the environment she leads. You feel it the moment you walk in. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you leave seeing clearly and feeling completely taken care of, Dr. Katie is the one. I used to avoid eye appointments. Now, I find myself looking forward to them, which is something I never thought I'd say.

Never been to an eye doc before and my experience with Dr Sarah was fantastic. Had some debris stuck in my eye socket. On a Friday Dr Sarah removed a nice sized piece and off I went back home. That night I could feel another something in there. When I woke up Saturday it was really bothering me. Called Wink, they have a doc on call on the weekends and it happened to be Dr Sarah. Left a message and 7:30 am, received a call from Dr Sarah at 8:35 am, scheduled the appointment for 11:00 am that day. Dr Sarah found the second piece of debris and the irritation was gone and my eye felt great. So happy Dr Sarah and her team are service driven. Those two days of having something in my eye waiting until Monday would have been awful. Dr Sarah is the best and her warm personality makes you feel relaxed in her office. Great people, I recommend them.

I need to say a thank you to Wink Family Eye Care for always providing fantastic care. I have had the privilege of receiving care from all three doctors at Wink and they all always answer my questions very thoroughly. A shoutout to the opticians, I was very clear about my expectations and budget regarding buying new glasses today and they delivered exactly what I wanted. Cheers to quality eye care.

Dr Sarah was the best. She is so pleasant and truly cares about you as a person and patient. She goes above and beyond to get you any additional help should you need it. The entire team there is so nice and helpful. They were also very good about getting me in immediately for an infection. Thank you Dr Sarah for helping my husband get the immediate medical care he needed.

I have had such positive experiences at Wink Eye Clinic. I originally went in thinking I was losing my sight from macular degeneration. It was a previous diagnosis from another specialist. Dr Ebeling determined it was cataracts. She is caring and very knowledgeable. She recommended a cataract surgeon and I am halfway through the process. It is a huge improvement in my vision. I want to stress how supportive she was and how many ideas she had to improve the health of my eyes. I recommend her %

We drove out of our way to this eye clinic because of their great recent Google ratings. From the front desk, to the friendly pre-testing technician, to the nice optician, & the awesome Dr. Suzette. We were both so impressed by their professionalism, promptness, & the warm feeling of this clinic. I left this clinic with all my questions answered! I highly recommend this clinic to friends & family. I want to thank all the staff for yesterdays visit!

My 8 year old daughter was recommended by her pediatrician to get an eye exam. We found wink in chanhassen via google search and we're impressed by all of the glowing reviews. The scheduling process even for new patients was incredibly easy, we were able to pick an eye doctor and schedule online ourselves. They were very approachable and my daughter who was a little apprehensive at first, felt comfortable once she met the assistant and the eye doctor! They gave a good explanation each step of the way to my daughter as to what to expect and made her so much more comfortable throughout the visit. They were very thorough with the examination and at the end explained very clearly what they saw/recommended next steps. They were honest with us about whether our daughter needed glasses or not, and gave us a recommendation on what to watch for and would trigger needing to re-check. Hands down it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to take a child for the first time!

Wink family eye care is a great at marketing, however do not expect to see clearly. When your prescription is set wrong the staff will continually dismiss you as will let you know their data cannot be wrong. Continually dismiss until you have another optical verify your prescription is not set right. In addition, you will pay top dollar for glasses that are not properly sized for your face. After ordering your very overpriced glasses, which are too big for your face and not properly measured, the optician will give out your phone number to their family members to help them grow their business. Total waste of time and money. Just Go to Costco, where your glasses will be right the first time and will be adequately priced and optician will listen to your needs.
