I had an amazing experience here. I use PMAP insurance (through the state). It covered the eye exam, as well as a variety of lenses. I was genuinely surprised at how quick the and enthusiastic the Dr. was to exam me. The employees were all kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I was a little in decisive between lenses and they offered very helpful input and even went above and beyond to pull out similar lenses to find my perfect match.

I completed my 3rd annual exam at Pearle Vision in Eagan MN this past week. As the two prior visits, this one was equally as efficient and pleasant. I give a shout out to Nina who is not only very knowledgeable, but has a very friendly welcoming demeanor. The entire experience will certainly lead me back again for all of my vision needs!

I had an eye check up and the doctor had given me a prescription which went pretty smooth. When I discussed with the lady at the front I specifically requested for bifocal and they had forgotten when I received the glasses even when I was charged. I told them they had forgotten it but to correct it they charged me again for the mistake THEY made.
