Dr Gross is always very kind, calming, thorough and so knowledgeable. I was referred here several years ago, after being seen at a boutique ophthalmologist. It was hard to break the habit, but I receive the solid quality my eyes need here. The office assistants are also professionals, and are easy to talk with. From the time one walks in the door, until the time one leaves, you receive a respectful and patient-focused consultation. They are the best.
