As most of you know, there are countless places where you can purchase eyeglasses these days. However, not all of them offer great customer service, which is something I truly value. While I do appreciate saving money by buying glasses from online vendors, one major drawback is the lack of in-person support. This is one of the reasons I prefer Lens Crafters. They not only provide a wide range of eyewear options but also deliver superior service. Recently, I found myself in a bit of a bind when I lost the screw for my Ray-Ban reading glasses. In a pinch, I had to resort to using a paper clip to hold them together. Thankfully, I decided to visit the Edina Lens Crafters, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Cody, one of their staff members, was incredibly helpful. He quickly found a replacement screw and fixed my glasses on the spot. His professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency truly stood out to me. It's experiences like these that reinforce my loyalty to LensCrafters and remind me why I continue to choose them for my eyewear needs. I wanted to give a big shoutout to Cody and the entire team at the Edina Lens Crafters for their outstanding customer service. Keep up the fantastic work!

I purchased my glasses at the newly updated space at Southdale. The new space is very well laid out. I found it open and welcoming. Anna immediately greeted me and asked me to take a seat while she completed business with another customer. Once it was my turn, Anna helped me decide between four frames I had picked out. She then gave me the options available to me and showed my how my insurance would impact my purchase. Not once did I feel "upsold" (even though I did upgrade some items) or rushed. Anna did a great job, I love what I picked out, and the new space is awesome. Thanks for making the process so simple.

This LensCrafters location is excellent! The people who work here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Cody fixed my metal frame glasses that had been run over by a truck and got me an appointment a few minutes later to do a vision test and get a new lens prescription. I was impressed by the clean store and cheerful workers. I highly recommend you come here for your vision needs. You will be very happy with your experience

I had a great experience with Anna at LensCrafters. I came to the store with my broken glasses. No screws and my frame was bent. Anna told me to come back in 30 minutes and she'll do her best. Glasses were good as new. I'm grateful for her attention to detail, kindness, and most importantly for her wonderful service. Thanks again Anna!!!! Highly Recommended.

Cody went above and beyond to help us select the perfect prescription sunglasses. He patiently explained all the lens options, including anti-reflective coatings, and went over the different pricing options. His expertise and friendly demeanor made our visit stress-free. I went to the LensCrafters in the Southdale Mall, Edina, MN. Everyone I met was genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated all the various machines they use to test eye issues - cornea health, depth perception, etc. They checked to see what would be the best deal (insurance vs. their discount) and I got a fair price for my new glasses. Very impressed!
