Dr. Gutfleisch and the staff were so kind and patient with my nervous daughter who was getting her glasses for the first time. He took the time to explain to her what he was doing and really let her be the judge to decide if she saw better with option 1 or 2. I can attest that the reviews are true and he's great at working with kids! Thank you for taking gentle care of my daughter! She had so much fun picking out her glasses and can't wait to wear them. :)

Negligent and careless optometrist. I came for a contact lens exam. He made me throw away my old contacts before giving me new contacts. He sent me out to the front to pay, when I realized I couldn't see! I lost all vision except far away. He then says, "oh you gave up close vision in exchange for far vision". I couldn't function or read anything, couldn't use my phone, GPS or see controls of the car. Had to drive home with a child in the car like this.
Shocking lack of care and respect from this optometrist. Poor quality.
