Horrible Experience! I came to buy glasses and the lady working there had an attitude from the start. She charged me 350 instead of 220 then said oops and made me pay again. Now I have to wait days for my money back even though it was her mistake. When I told her she got rude and said it is my bank problem and even threatened to cancel my order. No apology no respect just attitude.That is not how you treat a paying customer especially when it was her fault. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.
I hope management addresses this because customers should not be treated like this.

Booked an appointment online, tried to get it to sync to my online account. It's impossible to reach a human at their support phone number, chat hangs up, and the email form doesn't work. The in store employees don't have any idea how things work, or care to help, saying that you cannot manage in store appointments from online as they are not related, when it literally says you can on their website. If they can't figure out customer service, then they have no business, in anything medical. I'll go elsewhere.

I've been coming to Dr. Lee for a few years now and I am so appreciative of his thoroughness. I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort related to dry eye- another optometrist had told me to use otc eye drops which only gave momentary relief. Dr. Lee has been adamant about testing for dry eye each time and discussing the best options for treatment. I've noticed a big improvement in my symptoms and I'm so glad for Dr. Lee's knowledge in that area!

I ordered bifocals was leary, I loved them
But wherever the glasses are sent to put the lenses in they stretched the frame and they keep sliding down my nose impacting how the glasses work.
Went in and the gals tried to fix them twice.
They were very kind, empathetic, they ended up ordering me a new pair as the one I have not repairable.

The person administering my exam spent as much to me time checking my eyesight as they did 'prescribing' me vitamin supplements from an advertising leaflet (dressed up as a prescription pad no pharmacy would ever take) and trying to convince me to ask my doctor to prescribe meds I don't need for a condition I didn't have and never mentioned during my exam. I felt like I was in a chiropractic office and am now questioning the accuracy of my exam results.
Target needs to do better. I won't be going back.

I tried Target Optical for the first time last in December. They first didn't write the correct prescription and had me on a lesser power than I needed, even though the doctor verbally told me he would be putting me on a different power. The 0.5 change in prescription caused my eyes to overwork and I lost my peripheral vision while wearing the contacts. They then told me that they never said that, wouldn't take responsibility, and that I had to come in for a reexamination. Surprise: I was right and they gave me the wrong prescription. NOW I'm trying to order contacts from 1-800-contacts and they prescribed me a different brand of lens than I requested or have ever used and wouldn't approve the correction. I had to call and they told me they couldn't update it for another 4 days. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed and failed by an eye doctor before.

I visited Target Optical to get measurements for ordering glasses online, but the middle-aged white woman with brown hair made me feel foolish for asking questions. She simply told me that whatever I tried on was my size and waved me toward the limited selection of glasses, which didn't offer many options for men. Overall, it was a poor customer service experience. Only reason for 2 stars is because the dr. Was so nice!
