Rachel checked me in as well as helped me pick out glasses that were for the computer and for daily wear. She has a great eye for what looks good and was very pleasant and professional. I saw an eye doctor at the Walmart Fridley Location, and I am so pleased to be helped by Rachel. She was so great, patient, professional, and she tried to answer all my questions. She went up and down to tell me the options I have to buy reading glasses. She seemed expert about the insurance and what coverage I have. She had a great smile on her face. Thanks Rachel for your service. Doctor Peter was also a great guy. I would recommend everyone who needs eye examination to stop by because you don't have to wait two months your eyes to be checked as other places.

Today I went to Fridley Walmart Vision Center and it was such a wonderful experience.
I was assisted by Rachel and Rachel's customer service skills were outstanding.
What impressed me about her was that at the time I arrived at the vision center, she was with other customers before me and she took the time to acknowledge me by letting me know she'll be with me shortly without anyone feeling as if one customer was more important than the other.
Rachel's consideration went beyond "the first come, first serve" attitude.
I appreciate her customer service talents. I felt that she was very genuine within her work.
I'll be recommending those I know that need glasses as well as a place that has genuine people working there.
I hope that Rachel is appreciated by Fridley Vison Center more than I do.
