The facility was great and cleanly. Dr. Koupal was wonderful and took the time to clearly explain each step in the process to ensure I was well informed. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be coming back for all of my eye/glasses needs.

I had a great experience at my yearly eye exam! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I was seen right on time. Dr. Cassin was thorough, explained everything clearly and was easy to talk to--from the health of my eyes to any changes from my last visit. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered with care. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable visit, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and compassionate eye care!

My wife and I both were first timers at this facility. The ladies upfront were fantastic, friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Matson was excellent as he took his time running through all the eye exam procedures and was very willing to explain in detail what all the results and readings meant. We were so pleased with the service that we picked out a set of glasses and also sunglasses for each of us. Normally, we would shop around a little bit and check out prices, but this place was so good that we strongly desired to give them the business. Way to go Lakeville family eye care!

This was not a great visit. Dr. Mattson was very impatient with my children. My son saw another doctor here before and he was great with him but that was not our experience this visit. I will wait for the other doctor or get a second opinion elsewhere where they will take my kids needs seriously and not accuse one kid of pretending for the novelty of glasses and snapping at the other because he needs to move on to other patients. The ladies in the front were very nice and pleasant.

I had a very thorough eye exam and felt comfortable and confident I understood my options for contacts and glasses. All my questions were answered and the entire staff was very kind and helpful. I will be back and highly recommend for eye care needs.

I had an experience all too similar to Brian. I wish I had read here first. They displayed the same aggressive bait and switch pricing tactic as well as trying to placate me into feeling like insurance may cover the service when we both know it will not. So when I walked in I was told by the appointment receptionist the cost for the appointment would be 170 to 250 depending on if there was a removal or not. I thought to myself ok, kind of on the high side but they had an appointment same day, yay. Not even 20 minutes later the procedure was completed, props to the doctor? But then it unraveled quick. The other lady says that'll be $450 BUT with the same day discount it's ONLY $340.. I was speechless with sticker shock. I tried to say something about what I was told the cost would be when I arrived to have this lady quickly posture herself and spout out "THATS JUST A QUOTE" And I knew right then what kind of place I was sitting in. Shame on you people I don't care how good a doctor you are this is predatory business bar none. The guy did quickly and efficiently remove my CFB however I found him to be totally affectless and payed limited attention to another problem I'm having with my eye. Essentially treating me like I'm stupid and don't know what warmth feel like on my face. Hindsight being what it is I'm completely satisfied he didn't pay better attention or else no one knows how high my bill would have been then. I couldn't ever recommend this business to a living person.

Stopped into the Lakeville Family Eye today to see if Lisa could put the bow of my glasses back on. She couldn't so she checked to see if the were under warranty and they were! Problem solved! Lisa and everyone at the LV Family Eye provide the best customer service and never make you feel like a bother! I highly recommend them!

I was having an issue with irritation in my eye going on a week. Sent an online request for an appointment and they got me in the next morning. Saw Dr. Cassin, he checked my eye and found two eyelashes that were growing inwards. He plucked them out and all is well. Great office staff! Dr. Cassin listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue. Would highly recommend this office for your eye care needs!
