I visited Carlson-Tillisch Eye Clinic yesterday and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by smiling faces who were eager to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.
I ended up making an appointment to update my prescription, and I was truly impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the staff were. Coming from a small town, I was also amazed by how modern and high-tech their equipment is -- it really made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.
The building itself is beautiful, and the staff made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was pleased with everything and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I never write google reviews but I had such a great experience I feel the need to. Carlson-Tillisch was everything I was looking for and needed. This was my 3rd trip in the last month to an eye doctor and it was the only one I felt truly listened to at. The staff was absolutely wonderful all around, everyone is super kind and friendly! I cannot recommend Dr. Peters enough ! He was amazing, brought the energy, took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain everything to me and ease my anxiety around my concerns. Communication was great and he made sure I didn't leave with any lingering questions. I will absolutely be back if any new troubles occur!

The amount of respect you get from the second you walk in the door speaks volumes! We were treated immediately and registered and were back with the starting staff within 10 min of arrival and we were early! They walked us through every step my child felt excited and not scared and was eager to learn found it so interesting and everyone we met explained to Jaxon my 7 year year old everything they were doing answered his questions even if they were irrelevant to the appointment! I strongly recommend this eye clinic to everyone! The lady that helped my son with his first pair of glasses did a wonderful job giving him feedback when he asked her for it and made our experience one we will never forget! Thank you to all staff for making us feel welcomed!!

Every aspect of my visit was phenomenal from creating the appointment with a very nice, clear and fun phone rep, through picking my new, first-ever glasses with a very sweet friendly staff member. But my greatest compliment would be to Dr Peters. He is so fun, informative, relatable, energetic and he just makes the whole experience great. Super impressed, customer for life!
