Eye Q Vision

Hadn't had an eye exam for around 4 years. Very nice, updated and clean office. Dr. Johnson was very professional and thorough, using more equipment than I had experienced at my previous optometrist. I left with ordering a pair of glasses to correct my vision, and was happily assisted getting those. Will definitely be going back! Update (10/8/24): Had gone in for a yearly exam again, I could tell my vision had gotten slightly worse in the last year. Again everyone there was of great help! I opted for trying contacts this year, I was helped with the fitting and also taught how to insert and remove them. I tried one brand which wasn't working the best and was helped with another brand which worked a lot better for me. Again, it was a great experience, and I was helped all along the way!

My experience was awesome! It began with an urgency to have an appointment very promptly. I left my name with jasmine in case any cancellations would occur. I had an issue with my eyes come up suddenly and was struggling to find an eye doctor on a Friday afternoon. After calling five other places--one of which had an eye doctor but refused to see me since I wasn't a recent patient--my husband found Eye Q Vision. They were able to get me in the same day, conducted a thorough exam to ensure nothing serious was going on, and even followed up afterward to check on me. The staff was absolutely incredible, and I truly appreciate their help. If you're in the area, I highly recommend them! We drove an hour to see them, and it was well worth the trip.

Always such a sincere friendly group of staff. Give their honest opinions about glasses and eye care. Which I always appreciate. Also happy for them and their new location been a few years now but a space of their own. Also safe space. Definitely quality care no matter what the space looks like though!!

I stopped in for eyeglass frame adjustment. I was helped almost immediately even though it was busy at that time. The staff were very courteous and were quickly able to adjust my eyeglass frame. I inquired about a exam and it just happened to have a cancellation so I was able to have my exam and select a replacement pair of eyeglasses. I was additionally impressed that the staff knew how I was even though I had not been to this new location. Everyone was helpful, and even though I was the last customer of the day, they took the time to deliver professional care without making me feel rushed or pressured to make decisions.

I have been legally blind in 1 eye for 42 years due to a chicken pox scar on my cornea. My vision could not be corrected with glasses, and a corneal transplant would not guarantee the restoration of my vision. In my first visit with Eye Q Vision, for a usual prescription update, Dr. Angela took the time to try something new that no other optometrist, or ophthalmologist had yet tried. She fitted me with a scleral lens........and I can now see for the first time since I was 6. I did not go in looking for a solution, but a curious doctor took the time to solve my life long problem. This is beyond exceptional service! Thanks Dr.Angela and Team!

Went here 2 times and both times, the staffs and doctors were super nice and friendly. Booking an appt was also very quick and easy online. They do a good job at sending text message reminders too. Overall experience is 5/5 stars.
