Dr. Graham was very professional, efficient and kind. The technicians were also very efficient. There was also no problem getting my entire prescription to buy my glasses online. Other places (in the mall) act like I'm asking for the combination to their safe.
This is part of the Mankato Clinic - I have not yet had one bad experience with this clinic .

The medical professionals that check you in and get you going on your tests are about the nicest people you could come across in a clinical setting. It comes as a real shock though when a doctor walks in with zero bedside manner. Dr. Graham is about as by-the-book sterile a doctor in terms of personality as you can find, and he'll leave you feeling dismissed if you're someone who likes a doctor who will take the time to talk to you about your health and your concerns, or will even tell you what he's doing when he's examining you instead of just doing it anyway like you're some kind of mannequin. On the other hand, there are people who like that quality in a doctor and for those people I think just offering to take the tests and waiting for the doctor to consult the computer to write up a summary without you present will be much more efficient.
