Appointment for 1020 am, as of 1020am store is closed zero communication. Went out of there way to spam me for the last 4 days to remind me of my appointment. Get here early to wait and the store isn't even open. Nice job won't be returning.

Parker, who did my pre exam, was really nice. We had a great and REAL conversation, not an awkward one like people sometimes have. The doctor was great and super nice and thorough. Brittany at the desk walked me through everything, giving me recommendations and prices and didn't get annoyed with me when I kept asking questions. Overall this was the best experience I've had there and I will definitely be coming back!

Had an appointment yesterday at the Visionworks in River Hills Mall (Mankato), and honestly, it went way better than I expected. There was a mix-up with scheduling, my fault, but Brittany and Liv went well out of their way to help me out and make things work.
Both of them were super friendly, patient, and just genuinely great to talk with -- they turned what could've been kind of a headache into a really positive experience. You can tell they actually care about the people who come in there.
Huge thanks to Brittany and Liv (and the rest of the crew) for the awesome service and good vibes. Definitely recommend this location!

I broke my month-old glasses after laying on them once! I went 30 minutes before close, and Liv fixed my frames as good as new, replaced my missing screws, and cleaned my lenses for me! I thought I'd lose my cool because I just knew they were done for, but she handled things so effortlessly I didn't even have the time to get worked up. I had to write this as a thank you for the peace of mind she gave me alone!
