Advanced Vision Clinic & Optical

I prayed that I find a doctor who has the experience and knowledge of patients with very high prescription lenses. I'm so happy I found one! I had a great first experience. Loved the technology this office uses. Even the "punch eye" test is so much better than other ones I've experienced through the years. The prior to seeing the doctor test experience was good. Learned a few new things. The doctor is friendly and made me feel comfortable. I also felt heard unlike most previous eye doctors I've seen. One of the best eye doctor experience I've had in my lifetime. I've been seeing eye doctor annually for over 40 years. I didn't take any pictures other than this quote from a Simon Sinek children's book in the lobby which I enjoyed.

Our family of 5 has been receiving top level care for our eyes with Dr Bogren for nearly 15 years. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They make scheduling simple and take care of all the insurance things seamlessly. Dr Bogren is phenomenal. We like how he is super thorough,patient-centric, communicates in layman's terms and makes us all feel comfortable (even when our kids were small they liked seeing Dr Chad!). Combine this excellent care with state of the art technology and equipment and I can't imagine ever going to another Optometrist. Advanced Vision Clinic & Optical gets 10/10 from me!

I have been getting my exams here for years. An excellent clinic with friendly and helpful staff. The Dr is great with a fun sense of humor. Excellent support for my health conditions including diabetes. If you're looking for an eye clinic you can't go wrong coming here.

I've seen Dr. Bogren in the past when he was at Walmart and then found him at his new clinic. He's great and the advanced services he offers are amazing. I really enjoyed being able to book last minute appointments compared to scheduling elsewhere which tend to be booked out. I've never had any issues until this year, my daughter had her appt on Aug 21 and mine was on the 28. I was charged $109 out of pocket for the toric contact exam only to be handed a pair of trial contacts to take home to try. I am not new to contacts so I just went with it but for that price, they should definitely be doing the whole try on in clinic and eye exam with the contacts in. Next, they apparently notified us on September 3 that my daughter's glasses were ready for pick up but we didn't get any notifications. I ended up calling them on September 19 to ask about it and to notify them that my contacts trial went well so they could finalize my prescription and place an order. At that time the person on the phone said my remaining balance after insurance was 40 something dollars. We go in to pick up our things yesterday and one sheet said $44.05 but the itemized bill that the girl had said 90 something dollars was my balance. After asking the cost of each box to calculate myself she had to double check with the business office person for clarification and I ended up paying 48 dollars and some change. Still not confident that that is the right amount but it is what it is now. Lastly, I asked for a printed copy of all our prescriptions and she couldn't print my contacts prescription...because it hadn't been signed off by the doctor yet...even though they already ordered my contacts for me....and the doctor was gone for the day. That was my final straw, just poor service now.

Had an amazing experience with there services. Very attentive and caring, explain everything and never felt like us as a customer noticed being heard. Especially like how they don't up sale you to buy un- necessarily. Would always recommend them first to everyone in any circle.

My son and I have seen Dr Chad for years. I scheduled to see him last month. Because my health insurance changed, I made sure to call my insurance to check whether the eye exams were covered. I was told the basic exams are covered, which I relayed to the staff. They confirmed that they knew what the basic exam consists of. I did my exam and two weeks later received a bill for $200 from the clinic. The fact that they threw in all the other stuff beyond "basic" and billed me, not cool. Especially after I shared with them that I was losing my job and I wanted to get my health and vision checked before I lost insurance coverage.

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Vision Clinic & Optical. From the moment I arrived, they took the time to truly listen to my personal needs and concerns. Dr. Chad Bogren was thorough, personable, and explained my eye health findings in a way that was easy to understand. He even showed me the results from my tests so I could see exactly what he was talking about. I felt cared for and valued through the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both expertise and a genuine, patient-focused experience!

Horrible experience! Before the Dr even started the exam, he took a look at my last name. Asked if I was Native American. Proceeded to tell me he use to work on a reservation, then questioned me with rude remarks like "why don't natives like white people?" Continued to ask racist questions, hardly took his time with my exam, and then once he left the room he told the next patient "I'm sorry for the wait, she talks a lot" EXCUSE ME?? I JUST WANTED MY EYES CHECKED! I just had a new eye exam at a different eye clinic and the Dr told me that my previous prescription was very inaccurate and was probably causing all my migraines. He instructed me that my vision was way better than what was previously given to me. His words were "that prescription is very intense" That is a very malicious thing to do to someone and abuse of power! If you are a person of color I would NOT recommend being seen here for your eye care.
