Staff was very welcoming and had great communication throughout the whole journey. Doctors were straight to the point and answered every question I had. The whole process was so fast and the results were even more amazing! 4 hours after and I felt like a whole new person. Very thankful for how informative and supportive the whole staff were! I got LASIK on February 27, 2025, and it's something I had been thinking about for most of my life since I've worn glasses since second grade. I came in January for my free consultation and to schedule my LASIK appointment, and from the very beginning everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. On the day of my procedure, I was very anxious, but the staff did an amazing job helping me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They talked me through everything, which really helped calm my nerves. The procedure itself went very smoothly. Afterward, I went home and rested for about four hours as instructed. I wasn't in any real pain--my eyes felt a little irritated and burned slightly at first, but after resting, I had no pain at all. They even gave me Tylenol PM before I left to help with any discomfort. I came back the next day for my follow-up appointment, and everything looked great. The staff was just as supportive and happy for me as they were on day one. Now, almost a year later, I've had absolutely no issues. This was truly one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend it to anyone considering LASIK.

Pretty good experience. Staff were very efficient and got things moving right along. The procedure itself only took about 10 minutes from laying down to standing up. Staff were fun and did a decent job of keeping the mood light so as to help with any anxiety. I didn't have any but I recognize it as a tactic that would help who do. The first 4 hours after treatment had a decent amount of burning and eye irritation.....almost like a laser had just cut into them.... But after that it became really manageable and the next morning I was feeling fine with just eye watering to deal with. I suggest getting facial tissues with lotion since you'll be blowing your nose and wiping away tears constantly. Just to be nice to your face. Also take a Tylenol PM immediately after the procedure to help you sleep. There's no reason to be awake during the 4 hours that you have to have your eyes closed before starting your eye drops. All in all I'm happy and both eyes are at least 20/20 with my left eye being just a bit sharper. Which is good because that's my dominant eye; I'm one of those weirdo's whose left eye dominant but shoots pistols right handed and rifles/bows left handed. Overall 10/10.

I'm so happy with my decision! I've had glasses for over 20yrs. The staff are super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable every step. The procedure was painless and FAST. I can't wait to finish my healing journey. I had a high prescription. Without my glasses I couldn't see a thing. I'm happy I don't have to deal with the glasses hunt, the scratches, fingerprints, getting stuck in my hair, and constantly pushing them up. I highly recommend LASIK+ in Oakdale.

5 stars! Just had my LASIK done yesterday 2/19/26. The Oakdale, MN team is awesome. So friendly and efficient. Will recommend them to anyone looking into getting lasik done. My mom drove me home from my appt and wanted me to add that the ladies/techs at the front were very nice and welcoming. From scheduling at my initial consultation to the post-op check, everyone was kind and informative and made everything easy and comfortable. This definitely helps with any nerves you may have about the procedure.

So happy I finally got lasik. I truly don't know what I was waiting for. Everyone there was super helpful and willing to work with me on a payment plan for the procedure. I booked a consult on a Tuesday and was scheduled for the procedure Thursday the same week! It was so simple and pretty quick and I could see 20/20 the same day. It was truly night and day from wearing my glasses. Would absolutely recommend to anyone even thinking about getting it done!

I've been wanting lasik for a while and they made the entire process so easy and understandable - from the consultation to the procedure. The procedure was so quick and painless and recover has been great. Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me stay in the lobby when my car wouldn't start. Highly recommend!

Went to the initial consultation and all of the staff was Great, decided to get the procedure same day and it went extremely well. The doctors and staff were friendly and professional and the procedure itself was quick and easy and I left able to do something I can't even remember ever being able to do (being able to see without contacts or glasses). The staff and doctors for my follow up appointment were also great and I would recommend anyone looking to change their lives and vision to do exactly what I just did.
