Kennedy Vision Health Center - Plymouth

Insurance warning -- They need to update their website. The insurance page on their website has a scrolling list of insurers and says if you DON'T see yours listed, give us a call to check. Well my wife saw our insurance listed on the website so she made an appointment without calling to check, per the website direction. After her appointment was complete (and services rendered), they let her know that they in fact don't take our insurance. Apparently there are different plans within that insurance company and not all of them are in network for Kennedy Vision Center. So we ended up paying about $200 more for exam/contact fittings than we would've if we'd gone somewhere in network. The ultimate responsibility is probably on the consumer to verify insurance and we definitely would've done that IF the website didn't explicitly show our insurance as covered. Felt like a scam to me, although I doubt it's intentional on their part. Aside from the insurance fiasco, everything else was great. Staff was super friendly and on time. Price quotes for contacts was competitive with big online retailers. For reference the insurance that wasn't covered was EyeMed and this was in 2025. If they update website accordingly I'll revise review upward.

Kennedy Vision is probably one of the best Eye Care Centers I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful, my appointment was efficient and effective. I had an amazing time. Robin, Michael, and Gracie were also huge helps with getting payment and glasses taken care of! I very much appreciated the help in choosing glasses within my price range and that looked nice as well!

Such an awesome crew! They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute and were extremely professional and helpful. I worked with Michael to choose some frames for my very first pair of glasses and let me just say that be made this process super easy. Michael was able to suggest a few options that suited me from just a couple of details I shared with him. Definitely recommend this place!!!!

I've used Kennedy Vision for many years, and they continue to deliver exceptional patient service. Dr. Bugajski, tech Shana and scribe Erica were very friendly, helpful and answered all questions and any concerns I had. PZ did a great job guiding me through the process of selecting new reading and sunglasses. Thank you all.

I went in for a yearly exam. I am new to the state so, it was my first time going to the eye doctor in MN. Grace was really nice checking me in and greeting me with a smile. Lexi is new but she did a great job making sure to hit all of her tests and asking for help when needed. Nick helped take my eye pressure as the normal machine wasn't working with my small, almond eyes. Dr. Rossow was great on giving me thorough advice for my current prescription and explained why I needed a new prescription. Michael helped me with said new prescription and was nice even after I opted out of getting new lenses. He even offered to tighten the screw on my current glasses. Rubi did my check out, SUPER bubbly and was very nice through the whole process. 10/10 experience. I got to see the back of my gorgeous eyeballs with their machine (I forgot what it is called.) I would definitely recommend!

Kennedy Vision Healthcare Center has such an amazing team! Everyone is so inviting, helpful, and full of positive energy the moment you walk in. Kasey was very welcoming, and Nick always takes the time to answer all of my questions, even before I meet with the doctor. Dr. Eder is always so kind, thorough, and explains everything in a way I can fully understand -- I really appreciate how patient he is with all of my questions. Kimberly, the optician, truly made my day. I wasn't having the best day and I'm still new to wearing glasses, so the whole process can feel overwhelming. But she was incredibly friendly, patient, understanding, and honest while helping me pick the right pair. I left feeling so much better and really happy with my choice! Grace was wonderful as well -- kind and so helpful getting me checked out and scheduled for my next appointment. Overall, such a lovely experience. I feel well taken care of every time I'm here. Thank you all! Highly Recommend!

Nice location and doctors but administration seems to have some issues which is the cause for the rating. Had an eye exam back in June 2025 and ordered glasses (thankfully covered fully by insurance since I never got them), and was told at the time I didn't owe anything when I asked before leaving. Was never contacted about the glasses coming in to pick them up, but received a small bill in the mail and paid it. Seemingly a copay I should have been able to pay in person (when I asked). Again, there was still no word from the clinic about them coming in, at this point months later. I cannot wait forever for glasses since I like to see, so by this point I had just ordered some online. To this day, still have not heard anything from here about my glasses coming in, even after I submitted an inquiry on their website. Maybe those aren't actually checked. In any case, I give up on the hassle and I won't be back here.

Just had the best experience at Kennedy vision! Matthew and Rubi were very friendly at the front desk. Erica was amazing and dr. Resnick was very professional and explained everything thoroughly! Honestly the best eye exam I've ever received. Please come to Kennedy if you are looking for GOOD QUALITY care!
