My UConn college daughter has some eye challenges due to rheumatoid arthritis. She called Dr. Herman from school with her new concerns and he suggested she see a local dr for an exam to make sure it wasn't a flare. The guy who answered the phone was so kind and considerate. And prompt in calling her back. After her horrific experience with the Connecticut eye dr that afternoon, she called me in tears. I called Plymouth Vision myself. The other receptionist was also so kind and helpful. Dr. Herman got on the phone and not only helped me to help her but offered to call her at school. When she didn't answer (because she was still a bit overwhelmed) he called back AGAIN. What kind of doctor is that diligent and compassionate?!? She's calmed down, relieved, and has a plan now.

Plymouth Vision is fantastic & Dr. Herman stands out. Its a great/friendly team. I get great care for my eyes and after a long time searching for a solution for my unusual contacts situation, we were able to get something figured out that has worked great for years.

I made an appointment online to get my eyes checked. They responded right away. This is a small establishment where the doctor, himself, replies to the emails. We got the date and time all set up. I was able to email them my vision insurance card 10 minutes before I arrived and they were very eager to help me. I had a standard appointment of dilating my pupils and telling the doctor which option looked better. But what impressed me the most was not just the professionalism, it was the friendliness. There was another customer who must have been a regular and they were all chatting each other up about their weekend plans, families, etc. I could tell that everyone was very welcoming there.

We have consistently had great experiences with Dr. Herman and Dr. Khan, and I want to commend them for their excellent care. However, we have consistently noticed that one of their front desk's staff member could improve her customer service skills. On a positive note, in that same department, Morgan's helpfulness and welcoming attitude made our last visit more pleasant and was greatly appreciated by my family.

I love this place for eyeglass support and selection! The staff is prompt and helpful. Selecting eyeglasses can be tricky, it is a permanent decision for a year or so and guidance is needed in my opinion. This is my second time leaving with a wonderful experience of eyeglass selection and my eyes are so thankful when I read, work and drive :) Thank you.

I had my second eye exam at Plymouth Vision Center, first one was 2 years ago. Both were great experiences. My exam was spot on. The selection of frames was so good I had to buy two. Both pairs were fitted well and are crystal clear. The staff is great. Check them out.

Actual service was fine but every time I went in there I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Not an overly friendly group of employees in there.

I was very pleasantly surprised with Plymouth Vision Center. From the scheduling of my appointment to the reminders and to the actual appointment, I was very happy with the experience. The location was clean and felt safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had good choices! The process was thorough yet speedy. I was in and out within 40min - vision exam, eye glass search and payment! So happy I found this place and it's so close to home! Thank you all for making my experience a great one!
