Everyone was very good to make sure we were well informed about my condition and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. When we went back the following day for my post op checkup, before the doctor had a chance to talk about my surgery, I told her how we (both my wife and I) were so well informed about what was going to happen and how that we went into the surgery with ZERO CONCERNS OR ANXIETY, 100 percent relaxed and confident in the entire staffs' abilities. Five STARS ALL THE WAY!

For the last several years I've always been happy with my care at West Metro Ophthalmology. From the office staff to the techs to Dr Dolezal, everyone is professional and competent. They are always willing to answer every question. The office is convenient to get to, with nice coffee shop and shopping nearby. I had cataract surgery in 2024 and couldn't be happier with the results. I got the more expensive lenses where I can see from reading to far distance and they are worth every extra penny I spent. I highly recommend.

I liked the service provided and they seem to be very knowledgeable. One observation, I did feel like the doctor rushed through our initial assessment a bit but when I asked him questions he did slow down and stop to respond and explain my condition and procedure.

Dr. Grosser is always great, no question. But, I want to give a big shoutout to (I believe) Alexa was the tech that made the experience the best visit I've had so far. All appointments have been great, but Alexa was fantastic! Her direction and method to putting eye drops in and getting eye pressures was seamless. Her patient skills are amazing. I work in the medical field, so that says a lot.
