America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Nothing but issues with my new prescription first time prescription was made wrong and they replaced them and still don't think they got my prescription lenses correct. I've been wearing my new glasses for a few weeks hoping my eyes would adjust but no luck, tried emailing customer service and get no response, I feel like I wasted my time and money and now hoping to help others by not going there, never had a issue in the past but was told the lab is having a lot of issues with getting prescriptions correct!

Went in looking for new glasses and found some amazing deals. Clearance name brand glasses for a super affordable price. The manager was working and was friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for the great experience!!!

The person we dealt with before seeing the eye doctor was creepy, scary. Talking about God, have we found him and if we're religious. Didn't go there to be "saved". Never going back.

I went to Americas Best 1 1/2 years ago. They diagnosed me with cataracts. I finally got into mayo and had surgery last winter. I could see so much better. I went back to America's Best looking for glasses. I purchased 2 pairs with progressive lens. I love my glasses! The staff there was so friendly, kind and informative, good advice about glasses; size, color ect...

They have a big selection of glasses and much more affordable than other eye glasses places in town. Ordered two pair and both arrived pretty quickly. Seth was the name of the person who helped us, he was fantastic!

Staff was not friendly. Manager Kelcey was downright rude and all I was doing was picking up my already paid for new glasses. I can find glasses elsewhere next time, no need to be treated as poorly for just walking in. They need new management.

I would not recommend America's Best to anyone. Their policy states that if your glasses are scratched within a year, they will replace them with a new pair. However, when I recently did this, they completely messed up not just one but two pairs of my glasses--both had the wrong prescription lenses. I rely on my glasses to see, and instead of fixing the mistake immediately, they told me I had to keep wearing the incorrect prescription until the replacement pairs arrived. It has now been over a week, and when I called for an update, they said it could take another week before my new glasses come in. How does a company make such a massive mistake twice and then expect the customer to just deal with it? Their customer service is horrible--rude and dismissive when you call. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I will never go back, and I highly suggest others take their business elsewhere.

On March 7th at 2:00 in the afternoon I visited your store on Rocheater, MN to purchase a new pair of glasses. When I entered the store the I was greeted right away by a gentleman to my right. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me all the price ranges on the glasses while he got my prescription entered into the computer. I looked for a few minutes then he asked if I would like some assistance with choosing. He was very friendly and professional. He directed me to another gentleman to get the glasses ordered and set for bifocals. Both of the gentlemen were approximately 20 years old. They were both very friendly, professional and extremely helpful! They deserve credit for excellent customer service! Thank you!
