Dr Addison has been my Optometrist for Several years and I appreciate his professionalism and ability to explain all the diagnostic data in each visit. Tim is remarkable at finding just the right look when I need a new pair of glasses. They offer high quality frames and excellent service.

My daughter had been dealing Aug eye swelling on and off for 7 months. Thanks to the help of Total Vision, we have a gameplan to treat her ailments. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you all for you caring and support.

His assistant is also very friendly, professional, and makes the whole visit feel comfortable from start to finish. Overall, an excellent team. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Addison and his staff. Front desk staff was pleasant, communicate well, and helped me with my paperwork. His assistant did a great job of explaining and adjusting testing with each step. Dr. Addison did a great job of explaining test results and helping me make decisions about my glasses. The staff in the optical shop were very helpful at helping me pick glasses. They listened to what I wanted and brought me several great selections! They were not pushy, which communicated to me that they really were just there to help. Slightly negative thing to say would be the prices are very high; however, the glasses I picked are a luxury brand frame. If you got here, be prepared to pay a fair amount. Honestly, the service is worth the price tag. Overall, a great experience and I'm happy I chose them for my services.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was SO kind and knowledgeable. I am new to contact lenses and felt to well taken care of and educated by the end of the appointment! Phenomenal team so glad I picked them!

I love this office! I have seen both doctors now and they are both wonderful to work with! All the staff there really are just so pleasant to work with! They all do a fantastic job at educating me and making me feel heard! I recommend this office to everyone!
