You can enjoy shopping and hanging out at the Peace Park while you get your eyes checked and wait for your new glasses. Also, I am really into the Ray Ban. They have the LARGEST SELECTION OF RAY BAN FRAMES IN ROCHESTER HANDS DOWN. You can't see that walking past the store, you need to enter into the store to notice the display. It is huge. I have about ten current and vintage Ray Ban frames so I love this store for have all these classic models. They also have AI glasses/frames with the Blue Tooth connect option. Awesome options. I had a wonderful experience shopping for glasses today! Samantha worked with me find the right pair. She was kind and never made me feel pressured to buy certain glasses. I felt comfortable having her guide me through the right time of shape for frames. She went above and beyond to me. I would give Samantha 10 stars if possible! Everyone in the store was amazing and helpful. My mother was with me. She said she was so impressed with the customer service that she will buy her next pay of glasses there.

Samantha helped me today with the purchase of my new glasses. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. They have a wide variety of options to choose from at different price points. I explained to Samantha what I was looking for and my budget, and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is great in downtown, and it has convenient skyway access from other buildings in the area.

I had an amazing experience at Lens Crafters. First, I've utilized other - what I deemed less expensive - places in town for fear of accruing high costs due to their luxury brands. What a mistake! Finally went here today and was seen by Dr. Fort with the assistance of Samantha, Reagan and Noelle. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in getting a new prescription and finding glasses that fit my face perfectly. AND it didn't cost me anymore that it did for less fancy frames at the discount places. Go here! See these amazing women. You'll feel so good about yourself after, confident. Five star experience.

We were at the Mayo Clinic waiting for our son who was having a procedure. I was walking around with glasses that had a missing nose guard so I popped in here to ask if they could fix them. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly and kind enough to fix them for me on the spot, free of charge. Thank you Lens Crafters!

Love this place. I bought my Oakley prescription glasses 5-6yrs ago and the nose piece broke off a few days ago. Brought them in and they swapped out n put a new piece I. Free of charge, took like 2 mins. This is why I come here rather than the VA, customer service is top notch!

Stan and Ragen are amazing! They helped me fix my glasses in a matter of minutes after the frame was bent and lens popped out. They are also so kind and were able to attend to other guest while helping me.

Lens Crafters in the Galleria (Rochester, MN) is hands down the best eyewear store I have been to. While I have not yet had an eye exam here, I came to pick out a new pair of glasses as I wanted more of a selection. My first visit was with Kelly who spent well over an hour with me. She drew diagrams of the different type of eyeglass lenses and what would make the most sense as I get older {yay :) }. She looked at my previous eyeglass order from another place and matched what I had from there but also saved me money on things that I didn't actually need. She put up with my indecisiveness between two pairs and patiently (and I'd like to think humorously) waited while I video chatted with my husband and sent pictures to my daughter to get their opinions. She made me feel right at home and as if I was the only person who mattered in that time-frame. Today, I went to pickup my eyeglasses and was greeted immediately by Reagan - she was so sweet, again making me feel like the only person who mattered. We had some fun banter while I tried on my glasses, and she was so friendly and so genuine that I just had to give her a hug before I left, which she happily accepted. Noel was also there and even just watching how she and Reagan interacted, it was evident that they genuinely enjoyed each others company and their jobs. I returned a bit later in the day to have the glasses adjusted a bit, and Reagan remembered my name. Stan helped adjust the glasses, and before I left, Reagan reminded me that should I need anything else , they are here. I realize that this is "just" an eyeglass store, but in this day and age, personal, human connection is a must. Having places I can go where people know who I am and actually want to help and care, well that's just immeasurable. Kelly, Reagan, Stan and Noel - I WILL be back. :)
