Great service. Nice selection. They helped me find a good price because my insurance would not cover progressive lenses. I had to pay out of pocket. They worked well with me. My glasses arrive much sooner than expected. Thank you!

I had not been a patient with Lifetime, but back in January, I had an emergency that required my eyes to be tested. I called Lifetime, and they were the only ones that knew the severity of my situation and agreed to see me. That meant a lot, and knew I wanted to go back. I had great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Cannot wait to get my new glasses!! Update: received my new glasses...love them!!

I called Lifetime Eyecare early on a Sunday morning as I was having an eye emergency. Dr. Sivertson promptly answered the phone and offered to meet me at his office within the hour. He examined my eyes for over an hour, taking his time and doing a very thorough job. He referred me to the Mayo Clinic ophthalmology department for further examination. I appreciated his kindness and expertise. He never made me feel like I was bothering him on a weekend morning. I highly recommend Dr. Sivertson.

The staff was cheerful, professional, and thorough. The facilities are clean and well-designed. I appreciate that they take both my insurance and my kids', which are not from the same provider. Thank you for the excellent care! We will be back!

Friendly courteous staff throughout my total exam visit. Explained everything they were doing during the exam process and answered any questions that I had regarding what they saw on any photos that they took. They even took my glasses and checked them for scratches and other possible damage.

I have been going to the eye doctor since I was 5-6 years old. I am 46 now and I can say that I have finally found an office that is absolutely Amazing! Everyone from the front office staff, I'm sorry I didn't catch names, to the back end were so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to check my insurance and FSA to make sure I was covered for everything! They also made me feel so comfortable with my experience, first time with this office, so filling out paperwork and preliminary testing before visiting the doctor was so smooth. Dr. Anderson was Freaking Phenomenal!!! She answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had been there 1,000 times before. Knocked it straight out of the park with my concerns and testing. I can't think of any reason why I'd even consider going anywhere else in the future. Lifetime Eye Care has a new patient for life! Thank you guys so much for making me feel at ease and I will recommend you guys to anyone who asks!!!!

Nice facility and friendly staff! They have a nice selection of frames and the optometrist seemed knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Sivertson and staff were through and professional. The parking lot was unusual. However, I'll take a wonky parking lot and the great service they provide over the alternative.
