I hope this is the right store. Actiss from the strip mall with Kohls.
A female tech helped us with a frame replacement. The frame was discontinued and she went anove and beyond finding another lair that woukd work for the lens of the ild frame. So nice, friendly and didnt give up!! Wish Id have gotten her name. She was awesome..The name on the receipt says Michelle. She is the true meaning of customer sevice and all about the customer, a very rare thing theses days. It was really a pleasure working with her..most would have gave up but she just took her time and kept at it until she found the exact frame that was needed!

My whole experience here was great! Xavier did a great job with the preliminary examinations, and Dr.Kincannon is wonderful! He is super friendly and thorough. He explains what he's doing all throughout the process. My new bifocals work perfectly! I order my glasses through Zenni - the online store - and Dr.Kincannon gave me the prescription with no hesitation or questions asked. I will go here for my eye exams as long as those gentlemen are working there! Great service!

Dr. Kincannon was AMAZING! So informative and helpful. Explained everything!!!! I've been seeing eye doctors for at least 16 years and he is by far the best! I've never had one explain why they do this and this and this, etc. Normally they just do their thing, give the prescription and off you go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Dr was great, but the rest of the staff, especially Xavier, the manager, was terrible. They made my glasses incorrectly twice in a row, and were totally unconcerned about my inconvenience and their own incompetence. It cost me more to go elsewhere, but it's worth it.

Poor customer service. Victoria assured me she would call when my order came in, I called weeks later and she informed me she wouldn't make the order without an appointment, which I just had. She also refused to give me my newly paid for exam results to take anywhere else to get myself new contacts, nor am I being provided the contacts they have taken my money for.

Save yourself the hassle. Walmart optical is neither cheaper, nor more convenient, and certainly does not offer the selection or services that many other places offer. I recommend visionworks in the mall or America's best. I am very disappointed with walmart. I received more hassle and I still don't have my prescription to order my contacts. Not to mention the sence of urgency they give you if you walk 3 min late, yet appointments are not convenient and always out. Visionworks were convenient, polite, and accommodating. Overall- disappointed and do not recommend walmart.
