10/10!! Overall experience was amazing! The whole team was attentive, welcoming, and greeted me the moment I walked in, such a great touch to welcoming guest. I was in a rush & told them, and they truly delivered with fast, efficient service while still making me feel taken care of. If you need a seamless, stress-free eyewear experience, this is the place!

This was my go-to location over the years and never had any issues. Employees were always nice and welcoming but this recent visit was different. I understand it was around the holiday so they might have been busy but the vibe was not very welcoming. This was in December. It has been 7 weeks now in February and I have yet to receive my one pair of glasses I ordered. The 2 weeks promise is out the window. I've called multiple times and was told they will personally call me when my glasses are in but I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in for my appointment two weeks ago on January 16 and saw the doctor and the doctor told me to go wait by the glasses area and someone would help me shortly. After almost 40 minutes of standing by the glasses and seeing them help other people and not one person even acknowledging that I was standing there, I decided to go ask what the deal was and the manager literally looked at me and asked if I had an appointment..... at this point I have already gone through the check-in process and the actual appointment. I'm just waiting to have someone help me pick out glasses. So for her to be so unaware of her store that I have been standing just a few feet from her for 40 minutes and been in the store for over an hour at this point was extremely frustrating. Also, you just let your customers who don't have an appointment just stand there with no help or even a hello??? I had multiple pairs of glasses in my hands! Then after I sit down, they figure out that they mixed up my profile with someone elses profile so then I have to sit and wait for them to fix that.... I wasnt going to write a review because I get mistakes happen but now it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything about the FOUR pairs of glasses I ordered so I decided to call and they said that they have them all. So when was I going to be notified? I told Jade who was the person who answered the phone that I would've appreciated someone calling me and letting me know that they were there and she said that it was because they were a short tech and that I should've gotten a text or a voicemail. Well, I got neither. I've also paid extra to be a part of their eyeglass club so this frustrates me even more because I pay to be a member there. I will be shopping somewhere else once my membership is up in June.

I visited this location yesterday and had the best experience! I informed them that I had a really poor experience of the past 6 months at the location in Eagan and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and heard during my experience. I was given a bonus discount on top of my membership prices that was really most generous of them. The representative with short red hair was so splendid and treated me like a friend the entire 2hrs I was there. She gave great advice on glasses especially someone with facial sensitivity when wearing glasses. I will keep coming back to this location and thank you for changing how I felt about America's Best

They're amazing! Always have weekend and evening appointments available! They are by far the least expensive option AND my insurance is out of network and they're still the most affordable option compared to all of the others! I've seen Dr.Vang for years and he diagnosed me with mono vision years ago! I had been struggling with readers for years and that nuisance all went away after seeing Dr. Vang! There staff is down to earth and informative! This is hands down my favorite and most affordable vision center for glasses AND contacts!

Very smooth process. Receptionist (I believe her name was Noe) was kind and helpful when she greeted us. Eye exam was easy and Dr Yang was great! Marlo was wonderful in finishing the process once we selected our glasses.

When i walked in i was helped right away. The staff was so kind and attentive. I went in for an adjustment on my glasses. They were able to fix them to perfection. My glasses feel brand new. Much appreciation to the staff!

The glasses scratched easily, even after using micro fiber wipes, would warranty but once, second time that happened, they told me they are only able to replace the lenses once. Plastic legs were coming off, they also didn't want to warranty, overall I thought the quality was cheap, the craftsman was inadequate and the customer service was unacceptable for a franchise store chain like America's Best.
