America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I stopped into this location for the first time about a week and a half ago, and while my previous experiences at the Richfield store were always pleasant, the service provided by both Samantha and Fernando that day were most memorable and highly appreciated! I left the store feeling like a valuable customer (having been able to take my time in perusing the shelves of eyeglasses, being given options and solid advice on sizing and shape wear best suited for me, and being advised on beneficial add-ons, and exclusive deals to take advantage of). I am actually writing this review after having just received the call that my order (new frames, sunglasses, and contacts) are all ready for pick up, and I could not be more excited to try out my new glasses. Thank you, Samantha and Fernando, for the excellent customer service! This will be my new America's Best of choice for future needs.

I will say the customer service representative when you first walk in is very sweet, and also the guy who did the first process for the initial eye exam. Anything else from that point on to the actual doctor was terrible. When I was in the room there was a point where he was almost screaming at my son which is terribly unacceptable and tried to apologize. The second issue was when we got to the front and the customer service lacked terribly. The doctor is not nice at all. To be honest the whole establishment felt off and the vibe is not good. But even after all this still tried to get glasses and when against my better judgement. The next issue was when I spoke with the rep with the blue hair and she was very nonchalant. Maybe she did not want to be at work who knows. My son also was getting inpatient which is another issue. Normally he sits but even he was fidgeting that is how bad the place was. I ended up wanting to just get glasses and even had frames which could not be fitted which was fine. I had even paid for everything and even to ship the glasses but something told me to just go back and go elsewhere which is what I did. I was so happy to retrieve my glasses, I should have never given them to that establishment to begin with. At the end I took my business elsewhere. Please look around there are better eye places.

Got two glasses with a great deal. The eye doctor takes his time to explain everything and make sure you are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend will be back!

My glasses broke and I was able to book an appointment online within three days of my glasses breaking. They're very friendly upon entry. I was nervous going in because it was my first time ever using America's best but honestly loved going to them for new glasses. If you answer the questionnaire your file gets printed and if you're early, you can look around and if you like some frames, you can pick them out and they will be there when you come out of your exam. They also help you in better understanding your prescription and even help you in picking out frames based on your prescription. I went in and chose some similar frames like the ones I had but after the GM chose some other ones and I actually went with his choice!! So if you're indecisive on frames, definitely listen to them. Also love the proximity to me!!

Never been here before but I needed new glasses. Eye exam (remote) and everything was awesome. People were super nice and super helpful. Definitely would come back.

A while back I had a good experience with my eye exam and getting both contacts and glasses at this location. After a while the screws in the glasses became loose (no fault to the location, this happens) and when I attempted to fix it I lost the screws. I ended up taking my glasses in to their Maple Grove location, in which an employee attempted to fix my glasses but ended up doing the screws so bad that they fell apart that same day. (The Maple Grove location sucks apparently). I took my glasses back into this location and two employees took time to try and fix the mess that was made but could not because of the stuck and broken screws. Samantha took the initiative to call the maple grove store and explain what happened and insisted I be provided with new frames free of charge. Another employee, Si then was able to find my same frames and put my lenses in the same day. This store provided great customer service. While I was waiting I witnessed multiple employees help many customers and they did so with such polite, helpful, and patient attitudes. Shoutout to Samantha, Reyna, and Si for a great experience in their store.

I had such a great experience here getting my new glasses! They have so many options from basic to designer brands. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The manager helped me, he was very nice and good at his job. I will definitely be back for next time I need glasses or contacts.

Friendly staff, and super fast service - able to complete exams for two in under an hour. Good selection of affordable glasses styles as well!
