HealthPartners Eye Care and Optical Store St. Louis Park West End

Disappointing. After cataract surgery, my vision in my right eye (the strong eye) is worse than before. I met with the OD and had to get a prescription. I filled the prescription at Warby Parker, but it didn't work. Warby Parker had filled it correctly; the problem was with the prescription. I went back into HealthPartners, and the doctor gave me a new prescription. I didn't trust it, so I had an additional exam with a Warby Parker OD. That doctor had a totally different prescription, which I filled and was perfect. The whole experience was frustrating. I trusted HealthPartners because I have always gotten good care, but I wish I had shopped around for doctors. I wasted a significant amount of time attending multiple appointments due to your errors. I am giving two stars instead of one, because the receptionist and others were polite and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to see Jacob sanders because I have been having debilitating vision dysfunction symptoms that have completely changed my way of life, I have extremely bad digestive symptoms, pressure headaches, jaw tension, neck and shoulder tightness, yet it all goes away when I cover one eye. He dismissed me. All my symptoms align with binocular vision dysfunction and when he put the prisms on me, it fixed every issue I had, I told him that, he dismissed me again. Said I don't have a vision misalignment when I clearly do just cause he couldn't see it. So I asked him if that was weird that all my symptoms get better once I close my eye and he said "yea, it is a bit weird". And then continued to dismiss everything. Now having to see a neuro ophthalmologist or developmental ophthalmologist because he wouldn't take the time to take me seriously. Will never see him or this clinic ever again. I was hoping I would get helped yet he did nothing for me except dismiss everything I told him. I obviously have a subtle vision misalignment that he hadn't caught. DO NOT SEE JACOB SANDERS. He will dismiss you symptoms and everything you tell him. Will be a waste of time and money

Got terrible service from a younger female worker. Insisted my new glasses were not new and would not give me cases for them. Insisted she could not loosen them around her the temple and then bent them in half (!) around the nose piece instead. Insisted she could not tighten my reading glasses purchased there. Rude and incompetent. I'll have to go to Como HP Optical now to get the service I paid for and didn't get at West End.
