I was very pleased with the Dr. and her professionalism and overall her exam/service was excellent. I had not seen her in seven years, but she had reviewed my chart as well as the results of other Dr. of Optometry's findings at this Pearle location in the interim years.
In addition, the reception person made me feel welcome and made sure I could complete the needed documents, or ask her if I had questions. (I did.) Everyone is different, so forms are not always easy to know how to respond to. It was nice to know that I was welcome to interrupt to get answers.
I keep going to this location as the eye exams have always been superior, and it is nice to be treated like a real person.

I didn't have an appointment, however I explained my symptoms to the nurse and after she told the doctor about my pain and discomfort, he took the time to squeeze me in the same day.
