Front desk personnel are always very friendly and try hard to get appointments I want. The waiting room is comfortable. I've seen an optometrist, ophthalmology specialist, and many contact lens specialists over the past 30 years. Appointment times are usually on time or just a few minutes late. I've seen opticians and worked with the Optical department for glasses and they were all very pleasant. The techs or nurses that do the initial assessment are personable and don't seem rushed although I know they move a lot of people in and out. I can't say enough positive about this clinic.

I was referred here after an extreme allergic reaction, and had some scary vision issues. A lot of crazy things happened over the last week, but Dr. Wilkinson & his team made me feel safe, cared for, and listened to. I came into the office (the first time) afraid and unsure of many things. They went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered, and there was actually something else that came up during one of my many appointments that was completely out of scope for them. And they still made sure to connect me with someone in a completely different field of study to get the answers I needed. I am extremely thankful that Dr. Wilkinson and his team were there for me during this wild time. Bless these people

I waited 2 hours past my appt time, no apology from anyone. The doctor spend 5 minutes tops with me and told all kinds of medical jargon to his scribe. Had I read all the negative reviews I never
Would have stayed for such poor. medical care. I only found out through his garble to his scribe that I had possibly serious eye issue. He never explained a single thing except to come back
In a month unless you need to come sooner. Run don't walk from this clinic. It's the worst medical care I have ever received. I'm surprised they are in business. Read the reviews. They are terrible.
