I came in for an eye appointment and it was quick and easy. The doctor was friendly and had me out of there in about 10 minutes. I have no complaints and will be back in a few years for another checkup. The issue I had was with the prices of the frames. They were almost double the amount you can get them online. This seems to be the case with every eye doctor I have been with. Every time I get new glasses or lenses I do it online for less.

By far the best eyeglasses appt I ever had. Dr. Jackson was so kind and Kim is stellar! She helped me so quickly to choose multiple pairs of glasses that I needed and gave helpful feedback on how they looked and really listened to me when I stated what I wanted from each pair. Everyone here was so friendly, even as it was later in the day when most people are tired and ready to go home. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Not exaggerating when I say it was easily the smoothest experience I've had getting glasses in the last several years! Kim and Jarret are rockstars, both were incredibly nice, polite, and easy to talk to! I was helped right away on each visit!
Kim was awesome going step by step with me on picking out lenses for my glasses and sunglasses, both frames, and explaining insurance coverage! The whole process was a breeze!
Jarret got my two new pairs to the perfect fit with an adjustment!
Would highly recommend Kim and Jarret and the Pearl Vision location! The other staff were great too, I just didn't catch their names! It was true service with a smile, outstanding!

My aunt came in for a very first eye exam and she was super nervous with her anxiety level at a high. That all changed when she was greeted by Joshua and Kim that were working the front area. Dr. Jackson took great care of my aunt and was patient with her during the exam guiding her through every part of the exam! I'm glad I went with this location for her first eye exam and she told me she wants return when the time comes. Joshua and Kim did an amazing job explaining the different types of lens offered and their benefits for everyday use as well as what allowance and copays VSP insurance will help with. Thank you again!

The 5 people I met at the St. Louis Park store from the exam to final glasses fitting exceeded my expectations in every way.
