One of the employees and the manager helped save me money. Apparently my long eye lashes were causing what looked like scratches. Just a slight adjustment and I was good to go. They also gave me a sample lense spray cleaner and microfiber cloth. Such amazing people. I plan on coming back here later to invest in some better frames than what I have now. This place does have pretty high quality frames

Stopped in for sunglasses repair, came back for prescription lenses! From the start, Mick at the St. Louis Park location took great care of my eyewear needs. He graciously buffed out some staining in my prescription sunglass frames free of charge and helped me find great fitting lenses for another pair of eyeglass frames I had picked out. Will return here for future eyewear needs!

I recently had an emergency situation when I lost my glasses and couldn't see clearly at any distance. Thankfully, I found the Spectacle Shoppe in St. Louis Park, and they absolutely saved the day! From the moment I walked in on Monday afternoon, I was impressed by the level of service. Jess was incredibly helpful in guiding me through frame selection, finding options that not only fit comfortably but also matched my personal style perfectly. Her expertise and patience made what could have been a stressful experience completely enjoyable. What truly amazed me was the speed of service. After providing my prescription, Jess kindly put a rush on my order, and I received a call on Friday of the same week that my glasses were ready! In just four days, they had my custom glasses prepared and waiting. When I came in for pickup, the staff greeted me warmly and took me to a comfortable area in the back of the store to try on my new glasses. The fit was perfect, and my vision was crystal clear exactly what I needed. The Spectacle Shoppe combines professional expertise with genuine care for their customers. Their quick turnaround time, attention to detail, and friendly service make them standout. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning for all my future eyewear needs. Let me tell you, folks. We all miss a time when people looked out for each other, simply for the sake of being decent. Mick at Spectacle Shop may have restored my hope for humans. My son broke his nearly brand new glasses and I decided to take them to a repair shop, rather than the chain eyeglass place he bought them from. In just over 5 minutes, Mick brought out my son's glasses, fixed so thoroughly, every thing else on those glasses may break, but the repair will last forever. I asked what I owed, Mick said "nothing, I didn't really do anything." I beg to differ, sir. You did so much with humility, grace, and generosity. Bring your business here! The big chains will not treat you like this, I know from bitter experience. Thank you, Mick!

This place is the only glasses place I will trust. They do it all and it's the best quality the cities have to offer. I've had my glasses for years and anytime anything needs help they can do it.

THE SPECTACLE SHOPPE IS SPECTACULAR. The Spectacle Shoppe on Minnetonka Boulevard in St. Louis Park was able to do the following with spectacular customer service and expertise: - Obtained new prescription lenses in four days on a rush request. - The identified that the lens had been in heat which cause the damage and they were right because the glass had regularly been in a sauna. - Were able to install the new lenses in an older, cherished plastic frame with full recognition that there was a significant risk that the frame would crack when taking out the old lenses and putting in the new. - Their professional expertise and their meticulous work beat the odds and the new lenses were installed in the old frame without any damage. - All of this was accomplished from late on Monday February 24 to early on Friday morning February 28. With full disclosure to me of the risk that the frame may be damaged, I awaited the outcome of the efforts to put in the new lenses like a lawyer waiting for the jury to come back. David and Mick are the best in the business!!! You cannot get better service, performance or professionalism. They have amazing inventory and incredible turnaround time! I would never go anywhere else again. Listen to them and take their recommendations! They will not steer you wrong! The ovvo engineering on the glasses I have is amazing. I don't know why all glasses aren't made like them. David and Mick even make their own lenses! And when you look at how they fit in the ovvo frames I am amazed how they can do this. I had old frames from glasses that I couldn't wear that I purchased from a BIG store and they were happy to help me and kept fixing them and adjusting them for free even though I didn't even buy them there. Finally I got a new prescription and decided that there MUST be something better. So I listened to them and took their advice and haven't been back since! Because I haven't needed to be back. My time to me is valuable and even though they are great people to visit with it's nice not having to constantly be going back for adjustments and repairs! It doesn't get better than this!
