The new store manager Tay is an absolute sweetheart! I brought in some glasses for her to adjust and she made sure they fit well, even went above and beyond to clean the lenses and tighten up any screws while I was there. The store is also super clean and well organized!

Sarah and Dr. McCarthy are both fantastic!
Sarah has helped me so much with picking out the right glasses despite my issues of breaking them. She's a great person! She will definitely take the time to know your issues and do whatever she can to fix it, regardless of whatever gets in the way. There have been times where she spent 1 hour working out glitches in the system and getting me the best deal possible. It helps that she's also fun to talk to and knowledgeable as well--very kind and honest. She's the reason I come every time from Burnsville to St Louis Park!
The warranty policy is also great. I have broken my Meta glasses twice and it's only 25$ to do a claim and get brand new glasses.
Dr. McCarthy is also great. He's very patient and knowledgeable. He gives high quality suggestions and eye exams!
